MINNEAPOLIS, February 4, Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) today announced that it has acquired the assets of LMC West, a manufacturer of industrial dust collection and filtration systems. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
LMC West, based in Riverbank, CA, designs and manufactures dust collectors and industrial filtration systems for woodworking, agricultural and industrial applications. LMC West had annual sales of approximately $10 million in 2007.
