Exceptions to routing instructions must be approved by Donaldson Company Transportation Services a minimum of 48 hours prior to ship date. Questions may be directed by phone to (952)887-3926 or via email at grppotransportation@.donaldson.com.
Any deviation from these instructions without prior approval in writing from Donaldson Company Inc. Transportation Services will result in a charge back to the supplier.
The use of a transportation mode which is more costly than the standard mode of transportation will be considered premium freight. This includes charter, courier, air, expedited parcel, dedicated transportation including the use of dedicated team drivers.
The party causing the premium freight is responsible for the charges. Accordingly, late suppliers will have the option to use their choice of carrier; ship “prepaid and absorb the cost”, or have Donaldson Company Inc. Transportation Services arrange shipping and debit the Supplier back for freight charges. All premium freight must be approved in advance of shipment by Donaldson Company Inc.
