Dust Collection System Basic Maintenance & Troubleshooting is a 1-day, entry-level course for customers that teaches the basics of servicing dust collection systems. Access to products, subject matter experts, small and large group discussions, and hands-on activities will help participants to learn about optional system performance. The overall goal is for participants to apply what they learned to better maintain the dust collection systems at their facility.

The webinar will focus on the ‘brains’ of the dust collection system, which are the electrical controls. We will briefly cover the basics of a dust collection system design and the collector cleaning methods, which affect the type of control to specify. You’ll learn about different ways to control power, interlocks, airflow, differential pressure, and options/best practices specifying controls systems. We will finish up with a Q&A session with a Donaldson specialist.
