MINNEAPOLIS (March 19, 2024) — Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), a leading worldwide provider of innovative filtration products and solutions, is pleased to announce the election of Kate Leiby to the Board of Directors of the Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation (WiMEF). Leiby is the General Manager of Donaldson’s Power Generation business unit.
WiMEF is the 501(c)3 partner organization to the Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM), the only national trade association dedicated to supporting, promoting and inspiring women in manufacturing.

Leiby joined Donaldson in 2000 and has held many different roles in Operations at several locations including manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and global headquarters. Her background spans quality, operations, maintenance, inventory, demand planning, lean, purchasing, IT, audit, supply chain and logistics. Before assuming her GM role, she was the head of quality for Donaldson supporting all businesses including Mobile Solutions, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial Solutions, and Life Sciences.
She is co-chair for the Women’s Leadership Network at Donaldson, serves on the Women in Leadership Advisory Board for Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is on the Board of Directors of the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce.
Leiby joins eight other first-term members and 12 incumbent members of the 2024 WiMEF Board of Directors, all of whom are distinguished industry leaders. Her term begins April 1.
